With Open Mission Systems (OMS), Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI), and the AMS Government Reference Architecture (AMS GRA), a capability can be built, verified, and fielded as an independent, swappable service, procured on its own merits. Stator delivers mission capabilities as conformant, independently procurable units, and helps define what conformance means.

Architecture

One architecture, two markets.

Fusion, reasoning, and delivery as independently procurable services on an open bus. The same topology applies to defense mission systems and commercial stacks. Labels and destinations change; the architecture does not.

OMS Developer Kit

Templates, platform libraries, shared CI, and a conformance harness so an OMS service is checklist-ready on day one. Stator-hosted getting started; the kit itself runs on GitLab Pages.
